To strengthen its leadership position and continue offering innovative products at the right time, Aigle International SA must collaborate effectively with its partners and suppliers by controlling collection development timelines.
To address these operational excellence challenges, Aigle International SA chose to implement Gerber’s Yunique PLM to support its collection development and supplier collaboration processes.
The contexte
Following a version upgrade of their PLM software, Aigle International SA contacted us to identify the challenges they were facing (pain points) and areas for operational improvement related to their information systems.
The objective was to:
- identify inefficiencies related to their information systems,
- analyze potential solutions in collaboration with the internal IT team and/or software vendors,
- and formulate concrete recommendations.
It was therefore crucial to identify and compile existing documentation, including processes, procedures, and manuals, to gain a complete and accurate overview of the current situation.
The Mission
As part of our audit mission, we undertook the following actions at our client’s site:
Working closely with internal IT teams and software vendors, we identified the specific needs, expectations, and concerns of each team.
Through in-depth workshops, we analyzed existing processes in detail, revealing weaknesses and gaps.
Based on this analysis, we proposed targeted areas for improvement, highlighting the expected business and organizational benefits.
We also identified potential risks, while emphasizing the conditions necessary for the successful implementation of these improvements.

These actions enabled the management of Aigle International SA to obtain:
- a clear vision of current issues,
- concrete short-, medium-, and long-term recommendations to optimize team efficiency,
- an action plan to optimize the use of PLM while minimizing risks.
