The role of Cristal Optimisations
Following a version upgrade of their PLM software, Aigle International SA engaged us to identify the difficulties encountered (pain points) and areas for operational improvement related to their information systems.
The objective was to:
- identify inefficiencies linked to the information systems
- analyze potential solutions in collaboration with the internal IT team and/or software vendors
- and formulate concrete recommendations.
It was therefore crucial to identify and gather existing documentation—including processes, operating procedures, and manuals—to gain a comprehensive and accurate overview of the current situation.
